For Incoming Freshmen, Transferees, and Graduate Studies Applicants SY 2024-2025
Every Saturday starting November 4, 2023, 8:00 a.m. at the Guidance Center
Applicants must submit the following:
– blue plastic folder
– ballpen and pencil
– 1 pc 2×2 picture (white background)
– official receipt (payment slip to be requested at the Guidance Office)
