| Overview |

The Vice President for Administrative and Student Affairs exercises leadership among different offices responsible for creating a conducive learning atmosphere of the university . S/He takes the lead in the corporate identity and positive image of the school. S/He takes charge of student-personnel services, procurement, maintenance, custody of school property, and security of students, school personnel and guests. S/He assists the President in administrative and student-related affairs. |

| Objectives |

Assists the President in administrative and student-related affairs.
- Provides general supervision in the day-to-day operations of the offices directly under his/her care.
- Is responsible for the corporate visual identity of the school as the official spokesperson of the institution.
- Promotes all aspects of the school's activity to a range of different audiences through media relations, government relations, non-government and business sector interactions and linkages, internal communications, web information and other programs.
- Builds and develops successful fund raising programs and activities that support the school's teaching, research and community extension mission.
- Directs and recommends the staffing of the offices he supervises, ensures the optimum assignment of these personnel and periodically evaluates performance.
- Performs other functions, which may be assigned by the President.
