| Overview |
|
The Office of the Registrar is among the first offices encountered by all incoming students and one of the very few with which all students need to establish a continuing relationship and high level of trust. It is in this office that the records of the students are kept and updated, from the student's admission to the student's graduation or withdrawal.
The Office of the Registrar renders services to the three (3) departments of the university: the Grade School, the High School, the College and the Graduate School. The office prepares all reports, documents, papers required/requested by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Department of Education (DepEd) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and some government offices and private companies. |

The Registrar's Office aims to provide administrative and professional service relating to its function with competence, dedication, objectivity and efficiency. It aims for excellence in everything it delivers.
Thus, the office: |

Maintains student records covering the period of their admission to graduation or withdrawal;

Provides timely compliance with requests for credentials and other documents from its clients which include: the students, alumni, parents, faculty, administrators and the government and private sector; and,

Being a frontline office of the university, it maintains good public relations with its clients.
