2. Fill-up profile module at OPIS V3 Student Applicants Module. 

Note:

1. Online Processing Information System (OPIS V3) allows students to apply, enroll/register subjects, view assessment and grades.

2. Please provide the correct information and do not leave any item/question unanswered.

3. Take note of your Applicant ID and password. 

4. Expect an email from the Principal’s office three [3] working days after the submission before proceeding to STEP 3. 

3. Pay down payment (at least) at official partner banks or payment center.

a. Before taking a picture and uploading the proof of payment, legibly write the following details on the Deposit/Sending Transaction Slip: 

• Sender Name: <Full name of Student and Applicant ID>
• Exact down payment amount 

 b. Processing of payment and G Suite and FSUU Learn accounts will  take 3 working days after submission of proof of payment.

c. G Suite contains the official email account assigned by the school. FSUU Learn is the  online learning platform. 

The Student Services will announce the schedule for claiming the student ID. On your schedule,

6. Submit original school credentials through courier/mail (LBC, JRS, etc) or personally at the Morelos Campus. 

 If personally submitting the documents, a drop box is provided at the Guard House.  All original documents should be contained in a long, brown envelope. On the upper left of the front cover of the brown envelope, please indicate the Grade Level, followed by the family name, first name and middle initial (all in capital letters) of the learner/student.

2. Send proof of payment and portrait ID picture for the school ID via the PAYMENT GOOGLE FORM, click here for the link.

Note: 

• Please use personal email bearing the student’s surname when sending proof of payment. ITSD will send your G Suite activation (for FSUU Learn)  email details through this account.
