Criminology Program

Heeding to the call of our developing nation, and guided by Christian values and patriotism, FSUU’s Law Enforcement Academy molds criminologists with competence, commitment, and conscience. Once proven to display the necessary qualities, graduates of the program are exempted from taking other entrance or civil service exams and are considered CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBLE for a wide array of government positions, such as agents in any law enforcement agency, criminal investigators, police laboratory technicians, security officers or correctional officers, and other professions involved in law enforcement and crime detection.

Graduates are also qualified to work in government offices, such as the National Bureau of Investigation, the Philippine National Police, and the Office of the Ombudsman. Likewise, they are fit to work in private business establishments, eligible for appointment as Police Officer 1 in chartered cities and municipalities, and qualified for lateral entry in PNP’s police inspectors. Criminology is also considered as a Pre-Law Degree..
