The Student Affairs Office is one of the service units of this institution. The office is tasked to manage student services and activities complementing academic instruction and intends to facilitate holistic student development. We are trying our best to make the students' stay in this institution memorable, enjoyable and challenging by honing them physically, intellectually and spiritually. Overview

The Student Affairs Office helps the administration achieve its main educational objective – that of forming the whole person into a true and genuine Christian and a patriotic,
peace-loving Filipino – by harmoniously developing the physical, intellectual and spiritual capacities of the students. It serves as the official medium between authorities of the university and the student body concerning student development, student activities and student discipline.

The Student Affairs Services provides those services and experiences which will promote and contribute to the total development of students and their success in reaching their educational and vocational goals. Its primary concern is the welfare of students and the means used by the administrators, faculty and the board to meet their intellectual, vocational, personal, social, cultural and spiritual aspirations. It is characterized by an interdisciplinary and trans- disciplinary curricula responsive to the local and global needs of humanity and promotive of creativity and inventiveness.

The Student Affairs Services Program is organized to assist the individual attain self- worth and become effective in his/her social environment. The said Program is holistic, service-oriented and integrative in nature. It is complementary to the academic program and is structured to meet the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs of the students. Openness, creativity, initiative, organization, planning, sense of responsibility, teamwork and servant leadership characterize the program. It is spearheaded by the Director of Student Affairs in coordination with the Guidance Center, Admission and Scholarship Office, Supreme Student Government, Clinic, Urian Publication, Cultural Affairs, Athletics and Alumni Office.
 
Objectives
  • To initiate, maintain and coordinate specific services, which facilitate and enhance the students' personal and social development.
  • To provide opportunities for the students' active involvement in the social and political life and activities of the academic community as well as the wider community.
  • To promote students' conduct necessary for an effective academic work leading to and acceptance of, a positive response to the school's objectives.
 
Services Offered
  • Student Development - This area takes charge of all training programs designed to produce a pool of student leaders who are actively involved in their self-development and that of their peers to become dynamic Christians. This area also coordinates with other support units in the university whose functions are to help orient students to the university environment.
  • Campus Organizations - This area is responsible for the proper coordination and supervision of student activities that are essential to the balanced formation and development of the students. It also takes care of regulating the operations as well as the activities of all duly recognized student organizations in cooperation with the Student Government through the Office of the League of Campus Organizations for purposes of providing the needed guidance and for the maximum utilization of their capacities and potentials. All efforts are directed toward the attainment of the goals and objectives as envisioned in the approved constitutions and by- laws of the respective organizations.
  • Student Discipline - This area is concerned with the order of things. Rules and regulations are set-up and external discipline supervised. Discipline here means the enhancement of certain attitudes, values and behavior patterns that contribute to productive and harmonious living within the campus in particular and the society in general.
  • Other Services - (a.) Mail Service The mail service is limited to letters only. Packages, money orders and the like are not accepted. (b.) Lost and Found The DSA Office posts notices of Lost and Found items. Students are enjoined to return found articles to the DSA office which will see to it that these articles are returned to the rightful owners.
