INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM
The Carmelo DF. Morelos Campus will be the home
of the FSUU Basic Education Program. The project
is hoped to be ready for occupancy come
SY 2007-2008. The Integrated School Systems
unifies the curriculum in one learning continuum
from the primary up to the secondary level under
one Principal.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The scholarship program is a support facility of
the university for students who have the
potential for achieving scholastic excellence.
It makes possible the production of graduates
who can ably and significantly contribute to the
national goals as well as catalysts for social
transformation and development.
RESEARCH PROGRAM
The research program endeavors to explore new fields of knowledge
and discovery, uncovering, underlying principles governing human
behavior and condition and the identification of variables and measures
necessary for project and development and management decisions.

The Educational Technologies Development
Program is FSUU's endeavor to continually update,
upgrade, improve, acquire and increase its
learning resources to better provide a close
student-facility ratio as well as an efficient facility
access to educational technology in pursuit of
