Faith Formation
Opportunities are continually provided for our students, personnel, families, alumni, and adopted communities. Each person is nurtured of the Urian spirituality as
he/she experiences a sense of Church/ community within FSUU. Students are encouraged to participate within Church communities and interact with other members that extend opportunities for service to others. Such involvement is hoped to develop in the students a sense of responsibility, commitment, and service that extend beyond themselves to the wider community.

Educational Environment
is where FSUU is recognized as the leader in education which provides a holistic development of each student – a student who achieves his/her full
potential to provide choices and opportunities for the future. Such environment is one whose teachers are experts in their field of specialization and dynamic facilitators of student learning. It provides a wide range of learning opportunities attuned to individual student needs that challenge them to think critically, solve problems and be independent learners.

Pastoral Care
Makes the students, personnel, families, alumni, and adopted communities feel valued, known and cared for, and have strong self-esteem and leadership opportunities; where students feel safe in their school environment and where personnel respect the dignity of all people and have a deep understanding of relationships based on Catholic faith, Urian spirituality, and Urian values.

The FSUU Leadership Management

aims to align with the diocesan vision-mission, thrusts and tradition of school. The new personnel are warmly welcomed and included into the school community. The university continues to maintain its relative affordability; where physical resources are effectively used
to achieve learning, pastoral care, and other areas. It strengthens the capabilities of educational leaders for servant leadership; where there is a smooth end-of-term transition in the transfer of responsibility of heads of units.

Communication and Public Relations

Through Communication and Public Relations, there is greater awareness in the wider community of FSUU's values and achievements as a Catholic school in the Urian tradition, an
effective communication that is integral to all school activities , and a cohesive Urian community with shared ethos and values. At FSUU, there is a strong parent and alumni involvement in the
life of the school, where access to a wide range of academic / business/ industry / government/ NGO partnerships, networks and resources to create opportunities for Urian students and
personnel
