In consonance with the Philippine Constitution, the laws of the country, vision, mission and goals of Father Saturnino Urios University; students of any nationality, religion, gender, ethnic origin are welcome to Father Saturnino Urios University.

Father Saturnino Urios University reserves the right to accept students on the basis of the admission requirements and criteria per curricular program. However, she reserves the right to refuse, drop or not to re-admit any student who makes false statements in his/her application for admission or blatantly violates rules and regulations of the university.

All incoming freshman, transferee, second courser and unit earner students entering Father Saturnino Urios University must take the admission test, administered by the Guidance Center, before enrolling.

1. Freshmen

Father Saturnino Urios University may consider the application of graduates in high schools in the Philippines provided they show potential for academic success and meet the following requirements:

1.1   Office of Admissions
        1.1.1   Admission Test result from the Guidance Center
        1.1.2   Interview result from the Program Dean
        1.1.3   Filled-up Admission Application Form

1.2   Office of the Registrar
        1.2.1   Form 138 or High School Report Card
        1.2.2   Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended
        1.2.3   Birth Certificate - Original and 2 photocopies
        1.2.4 Latest color 2x2 photo – 4 copies
        1.2.5   Marriage Contract if married - Original and 1 photocopy
        1.2.6   Interview with the Program Dean

1.3 University Medical/Dental Clinic
        1.3.1 Physical Examination

2. Transferees

Father Saturnino Urios University may consider application of students from other colleges and universities in the Philippines who intend to enroll provided they meet the following requirements:

2.1. Office of Admissions
        2.1.1   Admission Test result from the Guidance Center
        2.1.2   Interview with the Director of Admissions
        2.1.3   Interview result from the Program Dean
        2.1.4 Recommendation Form provided by FSUU
        2.1.5   Filled-up Admission Application Form

2.2    Office of the Registrar
         2.2.1   Eligibility of Transfer/Honorable Dismissal
         2.2.2   Birth Certificate - original and 2 photocopies)
         2.2.3   Latest color 2x2 photo – 2 copies
         2.2.4   Marriage Contract if married - 1 photocopy

2.3 University Medical/Dental Clinic
2.3.1 Physical Examination

A transferee in the College of Law may not take the admission test but interview with the Dean is compulsory.

Foreign Students

Father Saturnino Urios University welcomes students from other countries who intend to study and experience exchange of culture with other nationals in the university provided they meet the following requirements:

3.1.   Foreign Students (New Entrants)

3.1.1   Alien Certificate of Registration –original and 2 photocopies
3.1.2   Visa – original and 2 photocopies
3.1.3 Passport – original and 2 photocopies
3.1.5   Affidavit of Financial Capacity of Support from parents/relatives abroad
3.1.6   Must have completed at least Grade 10
3.1.7   Original Form 138 (High School Card) or its equivalent
3.1.8   High School Diploma – 1 photocopy
3.1.9   Latest color 2x2 photos – 2 copies3.1.10 Physical Examination at FSUU Medical/Dental Clinic

3.2. Foreign Students from Other Schools in the Philippines (Transferees)

          3.2.1   Alien Certificate of Registration – original & 2 photocopies
          3.2.2   Visa – original and 2 photocopies
          3.2.3   Passport – original and 2 photocopies
          3.2.4   Birth Certificate – original and photocopies
          3.2.5   Affidavit of Financial Capacity of Support from parents/relatives abroad
3.2.6   Must have completed Grade 11 and 12
          3.2.7   Original Form 138 (High School Card) or its equivalent
          3.2.8   High School Diploma – 1 photocopy
          3.2.9   Latest color 2x2 photos – 2 copies
          3.2.10 Physical Examination at FSUU Medical/Dental Clinic

4. SHIFTEES
The university may consider the application of the students of Father Saturnino Urios University who intend to shift to another program provided they meet the following requirements:

          4.1. A student who intends to shift to another program must be referred by the program dean to the Guidance Center for academic counseling.
          4.2 A student who intends to shift from a non-board course to a board course two years after his/her stay at Father Saturnino Urios University must retake the admission test.
          4.3 A student who intends to shift from a non-board course to a board course a year after his/her stay at Father Saturnino Urios University must retake the admission test if       his/her admission test result does not meet the cut-off requirement of the new program he/she intends to enroll.

5. SECOND COURSERS
Father Saturnino Urios University shall consider the application of vocational/technical, baccalaureate graduates and unit earner who desire to pursue another curricular program provided they meet the necessary requirements.

6. CROSS-ENROLLEES
The university may consider the application of students from other colleges and universities who intend to cross-enroll at Father Saturnino Urios University provided they can present permit to study to the university Registrar.

7. RETURNEES
The university may consider student returnees of Father Saturnino Urios University who stopped and did not get their honorable dismissal from the university.

8. CREDIT OF SUBJECTS
Father Saturnino Urios University reserves the right to credit subjects and units earned by transferees and second coursers.
