Grade school

In consonance with the Philippine Constitution, the laws of the country and the Philosophy and Objectives of FSUU, pupils of any nationality or creed are welcome to the University. The college, however, reserves the right to accept pupils on selective admission.

1.1 Requirements for Admission

1.1.1 Old Pupils
Form 138-E

1.1.2 Incoming Grade One Pupils
Certified true copy of the Birth certificate
Must pass the entrance examination
Kindergarten Card
Interview by the Guidance Counselor

1.1.3 Transferees
Form 138-E
Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the Adviser/ Principal/ Guidance Counselor where they come from.
Must pass the entrance examination
Interview by the Principal/ Guidance Counselor
Certified true copy of the Birth Certificate

1.2 FSUU reserves the right to refuse or not to admit any pupil who makes false statement in his application for admissions.

1.3 FSUU has the right to drop or not to readmit any pupil who blatantly violates rules and regulations of the school.
High school

All new students entering FSUU High School must pass the entrance examination administered by the Guidance Counselor.

The Department reserves the right to refuse enrollment or drop any student found guilty of violating school rules and/or making false statement in his/her application for admission.

Requirements of Admission

These documents must be submitted to the guidance center.
Freshmen/ Transferees seeking admission in FSUU High School

Entrance Examination

Form 138 or Report Card (To be submitted to the Guidance Counselor)

Certificate of good moral character issued by the school last attended (to be submitted to the Guidance Counselor)

Photocopy of the birth and baptismal certificates

Copy of latest 2x2 pictures (colored)

1 Long Size folder

Old Students

Form 138 or Report Card
Must settle old accounts with the cashier, if any.

If permitted to enroll in summer class in another school, the students must submit the card and Form 137-A with a passing mark in the subject taken to the record in charge.

Graduate

Specific requirements for Graduate & Post Graduate Freshmen Applicants

1. Duly filled up Admission Application Form
2. Admission Test results from the Guidance Center
3. Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended for Private Schools and Board Resolutions from SUC’s
4. 2 copies Birth Certificate (certified true copy)
5. 4 pcs. 2x2 latest colored photo
6. Marriage Contract if married (certified true copy)
7. Interview with the Program Dean

Specific requirements for Graduate & Post Graduate Transferee Applicants
1. Duly filled up Admission Application Form
2. Admission Test results from the Guidance Center
3. Honorable Dismissal from Private schools and Board Resolutions from SUC’s
4. 2 copies Birth Certificate (certified true copy)
5. 4 copies 2x2 latest colored photo
6. Marriage Contract if married (certified true copy)
7. Interview with the Program Dean


Specific Criteria to the Masteral and Doctoral Degree Programs
1. Passes the cut off score set for admission to the program
2. Has an acceptable writing skills as proven in the essay
3. Demonstrates competence in oral communication
