  - Pay initial payment
  - Issuance of OPIS Login ID and password

• Proceed to CB 218 and CB 221
  - Student selects subjects and class schedule online

• Proceed to advising stations
  
• For discounts, proceed to the Office of the Cashier

   - For physical examinations
